I’m Sara, and I’ve been a boudoir photographer for over 8 years. Boudoir isn’t just photography to me—it’s a deeply personal mission. I believe every woman deserves to see herself as the stunning, powerful force she truly is.

We all struggle with self-image (trust me, I get it), but I’m here to help you rewrite that narrative. My favorite moment? When my clients see their images for the first time and say: “I can’t believe that’s me! I’ve never felt more beautiful in my life.” THAT is why I do this.

From Teaching & Grad School to Full-Time Boudoir Boss 💋🔥

When I first started shooting boudoir, I was juggling grad school, teaching photography, and building my dream business all at once. With an MFA in Photography and a passion for helping women feel powerful and confident, I knew this was more than just taking beautiful photos—this was about transforming how women see themselves.

In the beginning, I shot sessions wherever I could—hotels, clients’ homes, anywhere that had decent lighting. But I always had a bigger vision. Now? I run my very own luxury boudoir studio, designed to give every woman the full VIP experience.

For years, I did everything myself—from emails to editing to hyping up every client who walked through my doors. But my mission has always been bigger than me. I want to grow this business with a team of badass women by my side, creating an experience that leaves every client feeling unstoppable. Today, I have an incredible makeup artist and a growing team that helps make the magic happen.

Our private, professional boudoir studio is located in Crown Point, Indiana—just about 60 minutes from Chicago. It’s a luxury, all-female space designed for you to feel comfortable, empowered, and absolutely stunning.

So, what is boudoir?

The truth? Boudoir is for EVERY body. Every size, every shape, every age. My job isn’t to photograph "models"—it’s to show everyday women just how breathtaking they really are. And trust me, when you see yourself through my lens, you will be blown away.

You don’t need to “look like” anyone else. You just need to show up as YOU. I’ll take care of the rest—expert posing, lighting, wardrobe, and a little hype from me (okay, a LOT of hype) to capture you at your absolute best.

Can you make me look thinner?

Babe, let me tell you something—you don’t need to change a single thing. 💋🔥

My job isn’t to make you look “thinner”—it’s to show you how stunning, strong, and sexy you already are. I use expert posing, lighting, and angles to highlight your absolute best ass-ets (see what I did there? 😉), but I don’t believe in heavy Photoshopping or changing the body that makes you you.

Will I smooth out a bruise or a pesky breakout? Absolutely. But I won’t shrink, reshape, or erase your beautiful, unique features. We already live in a world full of unrealistic beauty standards—I want to show you the real, powerful, drop-dead gorgeous version of yourself.

Trust me, once you see your photos, you’ll realize—you never needed to change a thing. You’ve been that baddie all along. 💖🔥

Retouching? Oh, babe, I got you. 💋✨

Here’s the deal—I want you to see yourself at your absolute best, not a version of you that’s been airbrushed beyond recognition. My retouching style is natural and flattering—think of it as the professional version of the “good lighting + perfect angle” trick. 😉

✔️ What I do: Say goodbye to temporary distractions like blemishes, bruises, under-eye circles, and anything that won’t be there in a few weeks. If there’s a little something you’re self-conscious about (like scars, cellulite, or stretch marks), I can soften it while keeping your natural beauty intact.

❌ What I don’t do: I won’t reshape your body, remove your curves, or create a version of you that isn’t you. You don’t need that. You are already stunning.

Most of my clients are shocked at how incredible they look straight out of the camera—and usually opt for way less retouching than they expected! Because when you see yourself the way I see you, you’ll realize you never needed to change a thing. 💖🔥

First things first—you do NOT need to stress about outfits. I’ve got you covered (literally and figuratively 😉). Here’s how we make sure you look drop-dead gorgeous in every shot:

👙 Lingerie, Baby! Classic lace, sultry satin, bold bodysuits—whatever makes you feel like that girl. I’ll guide you on the best styles to flatter your body and highlight your best features.

🖤 Go Beyond Lingerie Not into lacy things? No problem! A cozy off-the-shoulder sweater, an oversized button-down, or just a simple white sheet can be just as sexy. Confidence is the outfit—everything else is just a bonus.

👗 Use My Client Wardrobe! I have a curated collection of stunning lingerie pieces (sizes XS–6X), including angel wings for that extra WOW factor. You can choose from my collection, mix it with your own pieces, or let me style you head-to-toe!

✔️ When in Doubt, Bring It! Not sure what will work best? Bring a few favorites, and I’ll help you choose the most flattering options.

How does this work?? 

Babe, let me break it down for you step by step—because booking your boudoir session should be exciting, not overwhelming. 💋✨

Step 1: Book Your Session

Once you’re ready to say YES to this experience, we’ll pick a date that works for you! A session fee is required to reserve your spot (payment plans are available!).

Step 2: Pre-Session Prep & Planning

We’ll have a consultation call where I walk you through everything—what to expect, how to prepare, and all the juicy details. You’ll also get my Boudoir Prep Guide to help you feel totally ready!

Step 3: Session Day—Time to Shine!

💄 You’ll arrive at my private luxury studio, where you’ll get pampered with professional hair & makeup.
👙 Then, we’ll go through wardrobe options, including my client closet (think stunning lingerie, angel wings, and bold statement pieces!).
📸 Finally, I’ll guide you through every pose, every angle, and every expression—so no modeling experience needed! You just show up, and I’ll handle the rest.

Step 4: The Big Reveal!

A few weeks after your session, we’ll schedule your Reveal & Ordering Appointment, where you’ll see your gorgeous images for the first time (cue happy tears!). This is where you’ll choose your favorite photos and decide on any albums, wall art, or other luxe products.

Step 5: Receive Your Gorgeous Images!

Once your final order is placed, you’ll receive high-end, luxury prints & products that will last a lifetime. No online galleries—this experience is all about creating something personal, tangible, and unforgettable.

So what do I need to do to book?

Session Fee $600

The Session Fee includes:

Location Fee for our Boudoir Studios
Professional Hair and Makeup Application
Free Access to our Client Wardrobe with Collection purchase 
Professional Photo Shoot
Complete Posing and Expression Coaching
Minimum of 2 Wardrobe Changes
Private In-Person Reveal & Image Ordering Appointment

I need my images by a certain date, when should I book? 

Our studio books up 6-12 months in advance and our printed products can take up to 8 weeks for delivery. If you have a special occasion coming up or wish to book a holiday appointment, I recommend booking 12 months in advance of that date.

Can my spouse/friend/mom come to my session or my ordering appointment? 

We do not allow guests to be present for any portion of the time you spend with us. Our services are best delivered in an 1-on-1 atmosphere with your complete undivided attention.

What can I expect to spend at my Reveal & Ordering Appointment? 

Before we have created your images, it is hard for me to give you an exact figure as to what to expect. Some women come to me and just get a basic album, others come to me and want it all and invest several thousands on a variety of products. Keep in mind what you spend is up to you. You can purchase from our Collection Menu or the A La Carte Menu, both which will be sent to you immediately following the completion of your booking process. We offer an entire day experience and will show you anywhere from 50-100 final images that will be printed on luxury products. It is an investment, one that is worth it's weight in gold. You'll never tire of looking at your images or forget the way the session day made you feel. 

Our A La Carte products begin at $899 and go all the way up to $4900. Our Collections and Packages begin at $3400.

Have sticker shock? No worries, we know that this experience is an investment and therefore we offer several different payment plan options. You can split up the cost of any of our products via our interest free in-house payment plan and make smaller monthly or weekly payments towards your purchase leading up to your shoot (usually 6-12 months) or you can get financing through one of our payment plan companies.
